After a short break, we’re thrilled to welcome back Next Top Dogel 🐾 Formerly Main Beach’s Next Top Dogel, the event has been rebranded as Gold Coast’s Next Top Dogel and will debut at an exciting new location — Sanctuary Cove.

Set in a beautiful, spacious environment, Sanctuary Cove offers the perfect backdrop for a fun-filled, family-friendly day. While we know the new location may not be ideal for everyone, following our office restructure we’re excited to bring you an even bigger, better and more vibrant event — and to welcome plenty of new doggies to the competition!

All entrant images will be judged and narrowed down to a Top 6 in each category, who will then parade on the big day to vie for the coveted Next Top Dogel Crown at our parade event on 15th August at 10am.

Event Details

  • Want to be part of the Harmony Early Education Grand Parade? It's easy!

    How to Enter:

    • 🐶 Simply bring your dog along to Gold Coast's Next Top Dogel.

    • 🚶 When the Harmony Early Education Grand Parade begins, join the Dog Walk and parade your pup.

    • 🎟️ As you complete the Dog Walk, you'll receive one raffle ticket.

    • 🎁 Stay for the prize draw – the winner will be drawn on the day.

    Important:

    • ✅ No pre-registration is required.

    • ✅ You must be present at the event to claim the prize if your ticket is drawn.

    Whether your dog is big or small, young or old, everyone is welcome to join the parade and enjoy the fun! It's the perfect opportunity to show off your furry friend and be in the running to win a fantastic prize.

  • No, this is a free community event.

  • In the streets of Sanctuary Cove

  • There is plenty of free parking throughout the community village.

  • No, there are no road closures.

  • Make sure you check out a range of market stalls. The market stalls will be open from 9-1.30pm with a range of products for sale including dog treats, dog clothing, pet accessories and many other amazing products.

  • Yes – Please see translink timetable here – https://translink.com.au/. Alternatively, taxi/uber/rideshare or make your journey active and walk, ride, scoot or skate to the event. Please plan accordingly.

  • ABSOLUTELY! Attendees can bring their pets as it’s an open space but please ensure they’re in your control and on leads at all times.

  • If you find or lose something – please go to the Ray White tent on the day. After the event, any lost property will be kept at Ray White Sanctuary Cove office for 21 days.

  • Yes, photographers and videographers may be present and by attending this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, or reproduction of the photographs and/or recordings without restriction or compensation. Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should not enter the event zone.
